Accountants have strict ethical rules, at least on paper. For instance, doing an audit you can't have even the Appearance of conflict of interest. I am shocked beyond words at brazen (and brazen doesn't get it) harlotry of our colleges, hospitals, CDC, FDA etc.

You are correct... According to the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) regulations, Audits have strict ethical rules. However, those philosophically went out the window in the era of ENRON... and have NOT returned. As a practical matter, public company audits (very expensive annual procedures) today are frequently "sold and closed" based on what allowances, adjustments, and footnotes the CPA firm pre-agrees to consider and then signs-off on. Look at friggin' Twitter with its "stated" versus "actual" allowance issue for fake or auto-bot accounts as a percentage of their overall traffic. Fraudulent as hell; Elon Musk figured it out. We are surrounded by fraud. I find ZERO credibility and reliability in any of the Pandemic and Vaxx numbers put out by ANY of the Federal alphabet soup agencies. For a while, the DoD's adverse events database was showing the truth, but when the discrepancies between their numbers and the FDA's became too obvious, they re-stated their numbers and/or shut-down access to them. There is a HUGE cover-up being perpetrated here with the full-on assistance of ALL the Mainstream Media. If the truth EVER comes out, many of the Vaxxed will be outraged by the perpetration "sold" to them with false "public good" and "safety" narratives. There will be hell to pay...

IF intentional fraud can be “proven” in the manipulation and suppression of the REAL safety data, the liability shield may well be “pierced” here in the USA.
