I remember doing a book report on "The Unseen Hand" in the tenth grade. I made my teacher wade through what was essentially a 30-page synopsis (I would have marked myself down for not applying my own analytical interpretations and presenting it in a more concise manner), but I earned an A+, nevertheless. All I remember is the Teapot Dome Scandal, and I don't even remember what that is now 😆 Wish I could find my paper and brush up on what I've forgotten.

I didn't cheat and go look on the web, however, my recollection is that the Teapot Dome Scandal involved the President handing out exclusive (and rich) oil drilling rights on Federal land (maybe Wyoming) to some cronies. What's new? It sounds like you are already up-to-speed on global conspiracy stuff, however, here are a couple of links to some succinct essays that give a high-level contextual overview (to someone "unwashed" in these issues) of the history and nature of who REALLY runs the world. My eyes were opened to all this back during my freshman and sophomore years at UC San Diego 50 plus year ago (I'm 71 now).
