Brian, no, I'm not aware (until now) of Hedgeye. I've been out of the Market for years. I had a pretty close to front row seat years ago with a client. It seemed pretty "rigged" to me then and it's only gotten worse. When I've had money to invest, income real estate has ALWAYS been more attractive to me. I don't trust the basic market and I've never had the training nor coaching on how to play the game successfully as it's currently "wired"... so I've more or less stayed away.
