For many people, the illness COVID-19 has a "long tail"... meaning it can remain in your body for an extensive time. I first came down with COVID-19 very early-on in late January 2020. That illness lasted roughly 3 weeks. In March 2021, I got severe pericarditis and 875 mL of fluid was drained from my heart sac in an emergency surgical procedure. I have no doubt a lingering Spike protein issue in my bloodstream was the likely cause. I'm NOT rendering medical advice to you, however, I think a detox and ongoing natural supplement dosing protocol would be advisable. I take eight (8) supplements per day as a preventative.

So we had Covid this past November. At the time we didn't know we should detox after being sick. It's been 9 months. Do you think it's worth doing now or has the damage been done already.
