Evidence of neurological severe harm, including Bell’s palsy, Guillain-Barré syndrome, myasthenic disorder, and stroke, which are likely due to an autoimmune reaction, was also found from the shots

Here are some thoughts, notes, and recommendations provided by reader Gabi regarding how to possibly detox and heal the body following either experiencing the underlying COVID-19 disease itself and/or having taken one or more Vaxx or booster doses.

I don’t know where to begin nor how to explain what the spike protein is doing in the body - the damage it causes with each additional shot - and how it destroys the immune system.
There’s much research that's been done that shows these shots essentially tell the immune system to ignore the spike protein (the biotoxin) - and allow it to run rampant throughout the body.
Much like allergy shots, it activates IgG4 antibodies that make the cells in the body ignore an allergen over time. The problem is that the spike protein, introduced via infection or the shot, is a toxin. If given a shot, it doesn't stay in your arm, and the mRNA with lipid nanoparticles is infused into/bonded with every cell of the body - it actually alters your DNA.
It is not the whole 'virus' introduced to the body like in past inoculations to which one would become immune for long periods, it's only a particle. This allows for the 'virus' to escape and mutate, essentially rendering the shots ineffective to any variants - the more boosters, the more variants.
That aside, the spike protein is a toxin that accumulates in all major organs of the body and it crosses the blood-brain barrier causing neurodegenerative diseases (Bells Palsy, prion-like diseases i.e. mad cow disease, Parkinson's, etc.) to emerge or become more severe, and it destroys the gut microbiome.
The spike protein causes a major inflammatory response in the body but since it activates an IgG4 (anti-allergen) response the body essentially ignores the spike protein.
So, if you've had the disease and/or you've taken the shots, the key is to detox from the spike protein.
There are approximately 1,500 possible side effects of the C-19 Vaxx shot, up to and including cancers, pericarditis, and death.
Mitigating the damage the spike protein causes...
And Dr. McCullough also found that Nattokinase - a natural supplement - helps clear the spike protein.
Aside from Nattokinase to help clear the spike protein from the body, strong immune support would help to mitigate the inflammation.
This would include a daily whole/raw probiotic to help restore the gut microbiome:
10,000 IU D3/100 mg K2 supplement
20-25 mg zinc
500 mg quercetin
2000- 6000 mg liposomal vitamin C
500 mg (or more) N-Acetyl Cystine (NAC)
1000 mg Glycine NOTE: the NAC/Glycine combo is powerful, however, if there's any chance of cancerous tumors, those two supplements should be taken with caution. They promote the production of glutamine, and cancer cells feed on glutamine.
5-6 g turmeric
A (natural) B vitamin complex that includes B1, B6, and B12.
Resveratrol has also been shown to be a good antioxidant that fights the spike protein (pass the red wine please).
Regarding foods - it’s key to cut sugars, starches, gluten, seed oils, hydrogenated fats, and any processed foods to aid the liver and kidneys in the detoxification process.
Milk thistle can help with the liver function process.
