Gov’t Documents Reveal CDC Is Building Huge ‘List’ of People Who Refuse Vaccines
According to bombshell federal government records, people who refuse Covid-19 vaccinations are put on a list and tracked by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
According to the shocking video obtained by National File, unvaccinated people are quietly tracked when they go to the doctor’s office or to the hospital due to a quiet new program proposed and implemented by the CDC. The new program is designed to “track people who are not immunized or only partially immunized.”
Doctors will now report those who refuse COVID vaccination as delinquent in a vast database. They will do this by using ICD-10 codes.
National File report: The bombshell piece of evidence was revealed at the September 14-15, 2021 virtual Zoom meeting of the federal government’s ICD-10 Coordination and Maintenance Committee (which includes representatives from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, known as CMS, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) National Center for Health Statistics).
At the meeting, the Committee discussed new categories of “ICD-10” codes that the CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) wanted to create to mark people as “Unvaccinated for COVID-19,” “Partially Vaccinated for COVID-19” and “Other underimmunization status.”
The ICD-10 coding system was created by the World Health Organization (WHO) and doctors are required to use it to categorize different kinds of patients. The ICD-10 codes are preserved in a patient’s electronic health record and used by insurance companies for billing purposes. The CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics maintains the ICD-10 codes. Within ICD-10 codes, there is a category known as “ICD-10-CM” codes (which are reportedly used by the CDC for tracking purposes), and this “CM” category includes the new “Unvaccinated for COVID-19” category and also the “Partially Vaccinated For COVID-19” category and the “other underimmunization status” category.

New York City teachers who declined to get the COVID-19 vaccine had their personnel files flagged and their fingerprints sent to the FBI and the New York Criminal Justice Services, according to a legal group.
The New York City vaccine mandate required Department of Education employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by Sept. 5, 2022. As of mid-September 2022, approximately 1,950 NYC Department of Education employees had been fired for declining to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams ended the vaccine mandate for NYC workers on Feb. 10, 2023.
However, Department of Education employees who were not vaccinated against COVID-19 were reportedly penalized by having a "problem code" inputted in their personnel file

This is an Opinion piece (OpEd) that was published in the Washington Post on February 28, 2021; it basically gives the justification for the Big Brotherization of COVID-19 “vaccine status.” It’s a “hunting permit” for the “un-Vaxxed.”
It says, in part, “This campaign to deny potentially lifesaving vaccines to those seeking them and to poison public opinion against vaccinations, could result in countless American deaths. That is akin to domestic terrorism.” (Emphasis mine.)
This is the thinking of these assholes AND under language contained in the NDAA, the FBI (and other law enforcement and government agencies) are authorized to create “watch lists” and/or de facto seize and hold such people WITHOUT DUE PROCESS. Effing wake-up, folks!
World Economic Forum pushes a digital ID system that will determine access to services
The digital ID system proposes monitoring online behavior, purchases, biometrics, and more. (Including YOUR C-19 “vaccination” status.)
This digital ID proposal is outlined in a report titled “Advancing Digital Agency: The Power of Data Intermediaries” and builds upon a digital ID framework that the WEF has published previously.
Under this framework, the WEF proposes collecting data from many aspects of people’s “everyday lives” through their devices, telecommunications networks, and third-party service providers.
The WEF suggests that this data collection dragnet would allow a digital ID to scoop up data on people’s online behavior, purchase history, network usage, credit history, biometrics, names, national identity numbers, medical history, travel history, social accounts, e-government accounts, bank accounts, energy usage, health stats, education, and more.
Once the digital ID has access to this huge, highly personal data set, the WEF proposes using it to decide whether users are allowed to “own and use devices,” “open bank accounts,” “carry out online financial transactions,” “conduct business transactions,” “access insurance, treatment,” “book trips,” “go through border control between countries or regions,” “access third-party services that rely on social media logins,” “file taxes, vote, collect benefits,” and more.

At the same time local governments in the UK are attempting to implement 15-minute cities a top banker claims the rollout of a digital ID “super app” is inevitable. Both are dystopian control tools and neither is inevitable.
It’s not only in the UK that cities are signing up for the 15-minute prison concept. Edmonton in Canada, for example, is also planning to implement the draconian control structure needed to restrict residents’ rights and freedom of movement.
The UK government will eventually roll out a “super app” that houses each citizen’s combined economic footprint, from credit ratings to know-your-customer details, a top banker has predicted. This economic digital ID would aim to follow in the footsteps of the swift and widespread adoption of the UK government’s NHS health app.
The NHS app was first launched by the UK government in January 2019 as a “one-stop shop of the health data for each UK citizen.” The UK’s financial sector has taken note of the NHS app’s “popularity” and one top banking official predicts that the launch of an equivalent digital ID for UK citizens’ economic data is inevitable.
