The Secret Society of Judges and Lawyers: How the American Inns of Court Undermine Justice
An 'Inside Glimpse' Reveals the Hidden World of Elite Legal Networks, Secret Meetings, and Judicial Bias... Now with a Twist of Family Ties and Ethical Scandals
In the hallowed halls of justice, where impartiality and fairness are supposed to reign supreme, a shadowy network of judges, lawyers, and powerful elites operates in secrecy, undermining the very foundations of the legal system.
Welcome to the world of the “American Inns of Court”—a secretive organization that’s been accused of fostering bias, enabling ex parte communications, and creating a culture of corruption within the judiciary.
But the scandal doesn’t stop there.
Recent revelations about federal judges and their family ties to politically charged NGOs have added a new layer of ethical concerns to this already troubling narrative.
The American Inns of Court: A Social Club for the Legal Elite
At first glance, the American Inns of Court appear to be a noble endeavor—a professional organization dedicated to "enhancing the legal profession" through education, networking, and mentorship.
But dig a little deeper… and a far more troubling picture emerges.
According to a recent investigation, the Inns of Court function more like an exclusive social club for judges and attorneys, where secret meetings and backroom deals are the norm.
One of the most alarming revelations is the organization's practice of facilitating “ex parte communications”—private discussions between judges and lawyers outside the courtroom, often involving cases they are presiding over together. These secret talks, which are explicitly prohibited under the California Rules of Professional Conduct, create the appearance of bias and undermine public trust in the judiciary.
A Culture of Secrecy and Corruption
The American Inns of Court have gone to great lengths to keep their activities hidden from public scrutiny. Since 2008, the organization has made its membership rolls confidential, shielding its members from accountability.
This secrecy has allowed the Inns to operate as a “de facto intelligence agency,'“ where judges, lawyers, and even government officials can exchange favors, discuss cases, and forge alliances… all without fear of exposure.
One former member, Attorney Manuel Sanchez, described the Inns as "the only organization that I know of where lawyers and judges can meet outside the courtroom in a social setting and really establish rapport."
But this "rapport" often comes at a cost.
Reports suggest judges have been known to award lucrative consulting contracts to the spouses of lawyers they meet through the Inns, while others have engaged in inappropriate relationships with young female attorneys who later appear before them in court.
The Political Implications: A Weapon Against Trump and Conservative Judges
The influence of the American Inns of Court extends far beyond the courtroom.
According to the investigation, the organization has become a tool for progressive judges to block the agenda of former President Donald Trump.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer recently boasted about the appointment of “235 progressive judges” who have consistently ruled against Trump's policies, often in defiance of Constitutional principles.
Chief Justice John Roberts, an honorary member of the Inns, has been accused of hobnobbing with radical leftist judges and defending their controversial rulings.
Meanwhile, conservative justices like Clarence Thomas, who is not part of the Inns, have been targeted by the media and political elites for their refusal to join the club.
However, the corruption doesn’t stop at secret meetings and political maneuvering.
Family Ties and Ethical Scandals: The Case of James Bosberg, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Enter Federal Judge James Boasberg, whose recent decision to order planes full of illegal immigrants (many of whom are gang members like MS-13 and Tren De Aragua) to turn back has raised eyebrows.
Why would a federal judge make such a controversial ruling? The answer might lie closer to home than you think.
Judge Boasberg’s wife, Liddy Manson, founded and heads an abortion NGO funded by USAID…
and his daughter, Katherine, works for Partners for Justice, a group that provides legal support to criminals, including those very same gang members.
This organization, which boasts about having knocked off 5,000 years of prison time since 2018, receives a staggering 76% of its funding from the Federal government.
In other words, taxpayer dollars are being used to fund an organization that actively works against national security interests.
When investigative journalist Laura Loomer began connecting these dots, Judge Boasberg’s daughter, Katherine, suddenly ghosted her social media accounts, including LinkedIn, faster than a bad Tinder date.
This raises a glaring ethical red flag…
According to the U.S. Judges’ Code of Conduct, judges should recuse themselves if a close relative might benefit from their decisions.
Yet here we are, with a judge whose rulings seem suspiciously aligned with his daughter’s paycheck.
National security?
More like a family vacation!
A Call for Transparency and Reform
The revelations about the American Inns of Court and the ethical scandals involving Federal judges like Boasberg raise serious questions about the integrity of the legal system.
If judges and lawyers are meeting in secret to discuss cases, exchange favors, and advance political agendas—all while their family members profit from their decisions—how can the public trust that justice is being served?
It's time for a full investigation into the activities of the American Inns of Court and other similar organizations.
The legal profession must be held to the highest standards of transparency and accountability.
The American people deserve a judiciary that’s impartial, independent, and free from the influence of secret societies and family ties.
As the investigation continues, one thing is clear: the American Inns of Court and the ethical lapses of federal judges are not just harmless oversights—they are a “threat to the rule of law” and the principles of justice.
LAWYERS ARE THE PROBLEM
MOST IN CONGRESS ARE LAWYERS
Not sure if it is over in the US, but we are also losing the Jury trial - little by little (in the UK) ... I am not talking about the minor magistrates court, but the "proper" trials.
