The Judicial Coup No One Saw Coming: How Activist Judges Are Threatening America’s Democracy
From nationwide injunctions to blatant overreach, the judiciary’s power grab is escalating into a Constitutional Crisis. Here’s why it’s time to fight back.
What happens when the very institutions designed to uphold the rule of law become tools for undermining democracy?
This isn’t a hypothetical question—it’s the reality unfolding in the United States today.
A quiet but dangerous coup is underway… led not by soldiers nor insurgents, but by Federal judges and prosecutors who have weaponized the legal system to override the will of the people.
The evidence is everywhere.
Take Judge James Boasberg, an Obama-appointed federal judge who recently ordered two planes carrying deported gang members to return to the U.S., blatantly disregarding the White House’s authority.
Editor’s Note: This son-of-a-bitch is a Progressive Left “activist” judge and a moral shit-ass.
This isn’t just judicial overreach—it’s a calculated move to destabilize governance and assert control over the executive branch.
Boasberg’s history is equally troubling: from presiding over the FISA court’s role in the Crossfire Hurricane investigation to overseeing controversial January 6 prosecutions, his actions reveal a pattern of partisan bias that undermines public trust in the judiciary.
But this isn’t just about one judge.
It’s about a systemic effort to use the courts as a weapon against political opponents.
Nationwide injunctions, show trials, and the deliberate obstruction of executive authority have become the norm. As one world leader recently pointed out, this isn’t just corruption—it’s a full-blown judicial coup.
And it’s happening in plain sight.
The stakes couldn’t be higher.
The 2024 election delivered a clear mandate from the American people, but that mandate is being systematically dismantled by unelected judges and prosecutors who believe they know better.
They don’t.
The judiciary was never meant to wield this kind of power.
Federal judges aren’t elected, they can’t levy taxes, and they certainly can’t declare war. Yet, through injunctions and rulings, they’re effectively dictating national policy—usurping the roles of both the executive and legislative branches.
So, what can be done?
Some argue for impeachment, but with a two-thirds Senate majority required, that’s unlikely to succeed.
Others suggest a more radical approach: descoping the federal judiciary. By limiting the courts’ ability to issue nationwide injunctions and compelling judges to testify before Congress, we could shine a much-needed light on their overreach.
Sunlight, after all, is the best disinfectant.
This isn’t just a political disagreement—it’s a battle for the soul of our democracy.
The judiciary’s role is to interpret the law… not to rewrite it nor impose their will on the nation.
If we don’t act now, the consequences could be catastrophic.
The American people didn’t vote for judges to run the country. They voted for a president and a Congress to represent their interests.
It’s time to remind the judiciary of its place—before it’s too late.
Thanks, Samuel, for posting. Lawsuits against the administrations of presidents have happened before, but the number of lawsuits filed against President Trump in the first 60 days or 2 months of his administration compared to other presidents is unprecedented.
I just penned a new post today which gives a historical overview of lawsuits filed against Trump compared to other presidents. It also offers solutions to the problem. The title of the post is “constitutional crisis: are judges overriding the will of the people?”; please check it out when you have a chance, and like, comment, re-stack if you think it’s any good. Thanks. https://substack.com/@swlion26/note/p-159477710?r=q9u1t&utm_medium=ios&utm_source=notes-share-action
Wrong'ish.
Just type in, "Does the US Have Common Law?"
"Yes, the United States does have common law. Common law is a legal system based on precedents set by courts rather than statutory laws."...sothat is why you can have lawers quote cases 50-150 years back.... LOOK IT UPYOURSELVES.
... the same is going on in the UK and EU NOW... where the Judges are making decisions that beggar belief - it is madness. They are overturning common law little by little.
PLEASE LOOK IT UP, before it is too late.
