Kissinger, a CIA asset since the 1950's, is mouthing Western Policy. The West is stunned that Putin would assert Russia's interests in Ukraine, to remove bio-weapons facilities, to stop ethnic cleansing in the Donbass? Absurd. What would the USA do if China built bio-weapons facilities in Mexico or Canada? Nothing?! Equally absurd.
Kissinger is Klaus Schwab's mentor. That should tell you all you need to know about both of them.
