I have not yet studied the materials regarding Paxlovid.

However, based on my cursory examination of this content, my intuitive sense is this might be a good thing to keep on “standby” in one’s medicine cabinet (assuming you are not allergic to it) to “fly-swat” down any incipient or early-stage subsequent COVID-19 infections you or your family might get. (Kind of like a COVID-19 “fire extinguisher.”)

I take several supplements every day to support my natural immune system, but it does not hurt to keep a “hammer” on standby.

We simply have no clue about the uncharted waters we are entering both health wise and geopolitically.

If Paxlovid works well in the early stages of COVID-19 to mitigate more serious disease symptoms (and prospective lung damage), it’s probably worth vetting further and, if appropriate, getting some for emergency standby use. Who knows if it will be available later??

(And NO, I’m not a “fan” of Big Pharma nor Pfizer, however, some of their drugs do indeed work and are valuable to have on hand.)
